The „keyboard basic“ is a complete keyboard system for controlling all machine functions of an injection moulding machine. Its design and dimensions are matched to the SIMATIC OP 170B.
Combined with the graphics-capable SIMATIC OP 170B, the keyboard provides user-friendly control of the machine.
A complete automation solution for injection moulding machines is possible together with a SIJECT CI board (CI 16 or CI 16 DP).
- The injection moulding machine can be operated from the machine front with keyboard basic.
- The key machine movements are controlled with the oblong, rounded keys.
- Up to nine keys are provided for quick direct selection of screen views.
- Another 11 rectangular keys activate various machine functions.
- The activated operating states are shown by a series of LED indicators.
- An Emergency-Stop button can be incorporated in the machine’s safety interlock.
