This message is a safety fault. The chiller control sets it when the compressor discharge superheat stays below 1.0°F for 5 minutes. The evaluation is not running from the first moment the machine starts: it is bypassed for the first 30 minutes of run time, so superheat readings taken during that start-up window cannot set the fault. The message can only be set once those 30 minutes have elapsed and the discharge superheat has then remained below 1.0°F for 5 minutes.
