What it means
The SD card interface port is not detecting that an SD card is installed. The same condition also halts data logging: the control's data-logging specification lists 'SD Card is not present' among the states in which no data is output to the card. When a card is detected, data values are written to it at the Logging Interval, and a new csv file is created each day.

Reset and restart
The manual gives no separate reset action: correct the cause of the error, then repeat the required procedure. The panel itself shows whether the repeat succeeded — If the Initialize Security button does not disappear, correct the error and repeat the required procedure.
