Siemens SIRIUS safety relays are the key elements of a consistent, cost-effective safety chain for EMERGENCY STOP monitoring, protective door monitoring, light arrays, laser scanners, two-hand operation consoles and protection of presses or punches. The portfolio comprises the compact 3SK1 Standard and Advanced basic units, the software-parameterizable 3SK2 basic units with up to six independent shutdown functions, plus output/input expansions, accessories, and the 3TK28 standstill/speed monitors. All devices are approved up to SIL 3 according to IEC 62061 or PL e according to ISO 13849-1.
