About this manual
This manual (LIT-12012386) is used in the installation and
programming of the Series III VSC variable speed drives.

Target group
This LIT-12012386 manual is intended for engineers and
electricians. Electrical engineering and physics-related
knowledge and skills will be required in order to be able
to commission the corresponding devices.
We assume that you have a good knowledge of engineering
basics and that you are familiar with handling electrical
systems and machines, as well as with reading technical
drawings.

Every physical dimension included in this manual uses
international metric system units, otherwise known as SI
(Système International d’Unités) units. For the purpose of the
equipment’s UL certification, some of these dimensions are
accompanied by their equivalents in imperial units.
