Applications Installation

(Figure 3). The handle is keyed on and can only be
mounted in one orientation.

IMPORTANT: Do not overtighten the manual
handle mounting screw. Overtightening may strip
the threads resulting in damage to the valve stem
threads.

Troubleshooting

Repairs and replacement
If the VA9104 Series Electric Non-Spring Return Actuator fails to operate within its specifications, replace the unit.
For a replacement electric actuator, contact the nearest Johnson Controls representative.
