Про документ

Electric non-spring return actuators for driving dampers and valves on 3/8 to 3/4 in. round or 3/8 to 5/8 in. square shafts. The series spans four torque sizes (70 to 280 lb∙in) with on/off, floating, proportional, or resistive input control depending on the model suffix. Tandem mounting doubles available torque for GGx/HGx (and AGx on larger models), except the M9108 which is not intended for tandem use.

Застосування

  • Control of equipment under normal operating conditions (dampers, valves); indoor mounting only, no direct exposure to water beyond NEMA 2 conditions
  • Variable Air Volume applications (secure coupler to shaft with damper fully open for M9108)
  • Tandem operation for doubled torque with load split evenly between units

Особливості

  • Factory set 0 to 90° rotation; adjustable in 5-degree increments via coupler repositioning
  • Direct acting (factory set) or reverse acting operation (jumper W1 selectable on GGx/HGx/JGx; wiring reversal on AGx)
  • Two built-in SPDT auxiliary switches on xGC models, adjustable between 0 and 90° (factory set 10° and 80°)
  • Feedback signals: 0–135 Ω (AGD), 0–1000 Ω (AGE), 0–10 VDC / 2–10 VDC (GGx/HGx/JGx)
  • Adjustable zero and span potentiometers on HGx models (zero: 0 to 6 VDC / 12 VDC / 12 mA; span: 2 to 10 VDC / 4 to 20 VDC / 4 to 20 mA)
  • Master/subordinate jumper for tandem synchronization; total wire length up to 30 ft (9 m)
  • Pluggable 3-terminal blocks on M9124-/M9132-AGx models
